The Confirma Finance Integrations Hub allows your ERP/POS system to give end users direct, real-time visibility into the status of a case or invoice — without requiring them to leave their own environment or contact support.
From within the ERP/POS system, the user clicks a link that calls an API endpoint on the Integrations Hub, requesting status information for a specific case or invoice.
2
Hub generates a secure link
The API authenticates the request and generates a secure, encrypted URL scoped to that specific case or invoice. This URL is returned to the ERP system as the API response.
3
User is redirected to the Partner Portal
The ERP/POS system redirects the user to the returned link, opening the Partner Portal (portal.confirmafinance.com) directly to the relevant case — with no separate login step required.
Because the URL is encrypted and scoped to a single case (expiration after 20 minutes), users only ever see the record they were authorized to view — there is no separate login step, and no risk of exposing unrelated cases or invoices.
Once in the portal, the user is presented with a full overview of the case, including:
Collection information — outstanding total, open interest, creditor, collection start date, and current status (e.g. Open, Closed)
Collection status breakdown — capital amount, paid amount, and outstanding amounts, including interest
Partial payments — a log of any partial payments made against the invoice
Requested actions — a history of actions taken on the case (e.g. due date changes), including who made them and when
Distribution information — how and when the invoice was sent, the delivery channel, due date, and reference number
Delivery timeline — a visual timeline showing when the invoice was created, distributed, and printed
Events — a chronological log of key milestones in the case lifecycle
All figures are shown in corresponding currency and timestamped, so users always know how current the information is.
Why it matters
This gives your customers self-service access to the same information available through the API, presented in a clear, human-readable format — reducing support inquiries while keeping the underlying data consistent with what's available programmatically.
